Arm Pads
Lacrosse Gloves ( Hockey gloves do not protect the wrist in Lax, against the rules )
Athletic supporter with protective cup
Rib pads are strongly recommended for U13 and U15
Rubber Sole cleats (soccer cleats are fine)
